Project Foundation is the one-time setup phase where you establish the creative and structural bedrock your episodes will build on. Getting these decisions in place early lets Ordinary Animator's AI tools give you consistent, project-aware feedback throughout the workflow.

Project Setup: Title, logline, genre, tone, series format, audience, and technical preferences.
Season Planning: Mapping the season arc on a timeline before writing individual episodes.
World Building: The rules, history, and atmosphere of the story's universe.
Concept Development: Core vision, theme, and message as a creative compass.
Art Direction: Visual style, color scripts, and reference aesthetics.

These decisions are project-wide, not episode-specific. You will revisit them as the project matures, but locking them early prevents expensive creative rewrites later.
