Project Setup is where you enter the foundational identity of your project in Ordinary Animator: working title, logline, description, genre, tone and aesthetic, series format, target audience, episode structure, default visual style, and technical preferences.

These fields are the first thing the AI review tools read when assessing your work, so filling them in — even roughly — immediately improves feedback quality across the entire workflow.

Put it into practice

Open your project properties and complete the identity fields. Work through each field in the Project Identity step of your episode plan, using the AI review buttons to get feedback as you go.
