Character Foundations
Character Foundations is the second one-time setup phase. Before writing a single episode, you define your major characters at depth — their story roles, arcs, goals, fears, quirks, and the relationship dynamics between them.
This material is what Ordinary Animator's AI tools draw on when reviewing screenplay consistency, motivation, and dialogue voice. The more fully you define it here, the less corrective feedback you will receive later.
Major Characters: Bios, arcs, goals, needs, fears, and quirks for each principal character.
Character Relationships: Relationship dynamics between important character pairings.
Minor characters are introduced per-episode in Story & Narrative Development. Visual and 3D setup for characters happens in Asset Readiness. Voice casting happens in Audio & Performance.
