Shot Animation & Video Generation
Shot Animation & Video Generation is where approved compositions become moving shots. It is the most compute-intensive phase, so a structured review pipeline — motion, coherence, facial, artifacts, approval — prevents bad shots from reaching assembly.
Layout: Camera placement, character blocking, and first cinematic pass.
Acting: Character performance timing, emotional polish, and motion refinement.
Simulation: Cloth, hair, and environmental physics.
Visual Effects: Environmental VFX, lighting integration, and anime-style motion effects.
Lighting: Master and per-shot lighting for mood and consistency.
Motion Review and Approval: Quality, temporal coherence, facial consistency, artifact detection, and approval.
