Pre-production is where you do planning and preparation. It includes activities such as:

• Concept Development: Defining the overall vision, style, and themes for your animation.

• Story Development: Crafting the narrative, script, and possibly storyboards to map out the plot visually.

• Asset Development: Creating characters, environments, and props to bring the story to life.
