Early Access Service

Ordinary Animator is under active development and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We take reasonable care with your data, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload here. You grant this site the permissions needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service -- for example, sending a scene's text to an AI model when you ask for help with it. We do not use your content for anything beyond operating and improving the service.

AI-Generated Content

Much of what this site produces comes from AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, and its legal status (including copyright) varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for how you use and publish it. Content produced through third party AI services is also subject to those services' own terms.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you may not use this site to:

create abusive, harassing, or illicit content;
infringe other people's rights, including generating content that imitates a real person without their consent;
circumvent usage limits, probe the service's security, or access other users' data.

Usage Limits

AI features are subject to fair-usage limits. Limits may change as the service evolves. Features that run through your own accounts with third party services (such as Comfy Cloud) are billed by those services under their own terms.

Third Party Services

This site relies on third party services (listed in the Privacy Notice). Some of their terms of use pass through to you when you use the features they power.

Suspension and Removal

The site administrators reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, without notice where necessary.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. Please check back periodically.
