Final Review and Delivery
Final Review and Delivery is the last step before the episode goes out. Watch the full cut from beginning to end as an audience member — not as a creator looking for problems — and use the QC checklist to confirm readiness.
Narrative Flow: Does the episode tell its story clearly from start to finish?
Audio/Visual Sync: Are dialogue, music, and visuals aligned throughout?
Final QC Pass: Any remaining visual artifacts, audio pops, or continuity errors?
Export: Generate the final video file in the target format and resolution.
Metadata: Title, description, thumbnail, and tags prepared for the platform.
Publish: Upload and release to your chosen platform.
Archive: Save reusable assets — approved shots, audio files, color grades — for the next episode.
Watch the final cut end-to-end, run the QC checklist, export, and publish. After publishing, archive key assets so the next episode starts from a stronger base.
